I’m pretty interesting in how Salesforce is leveraging an OpenAI API to benefit CRM and its customers? Salesforce is leveling up its AI capabilities. The cloud-based software giant announced Einstein GPT on March 7th, 2023, which it claims is the "world’s first generative AI for CRM."
